Terms of Use.

These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to your use of the website at dot360.io and its pages (the "Site"), operated by AVGEROS CHRISTOS, trading as Dot360 ("Dot360", "we", "us"). By using the Site you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. What the Site is for

The Site presents our software development services, our SaaS products (Transfer360, Field360, Concierge360 and Drive360), selected client work, and open roles. It lets you send us a project brief, book a call or a meeting slot, and apply for a job.

Information on the Site is general and provided for information only. It is not an offer capable of acceptance. Any engagement for services, or any subscription to one of our products, is governed by a separate written agreement or product terms that we sign with you.

2. Using the Site

You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to:

• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its admin area, servers or databases;
• interfere with the Site's operation, including by introducing malware or overloading it with automated requests;
• scrape, copy or harvest content or personal data from the Site in bulk;
• submit false, misleading or unlawful information through our forms, or use them to send spam.

We may suspend or restrict access to the Site, or to any of its features, at any time, for example for maintenance or security reasons.

3. Project briefs, bookings and applications

When you send a brief, book a call or apply for a role, you confirm that the information you give us is accurate and that you are entitled to share it. Sending a brief does not create a contract or oblige either side to work together. Meeting slots are confirmed by email; we may reschedule or cancel a slot and will let you know if we do.

Calls booked through the "Book a call" button are scheduled using Cal.com, and their terms also apply to that booking flow.

4. Intellectual property

The Site and its content, including text, design, graphics, the Dot360 name and logo and our product names, belong to us or to our licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. Client names and logos shown in our case studies belong to their respective owners and are shown with their permission to describe work we did for them.

You may view the Site and share links to it. You may not copy, reproduce, modify or commercially exploit its content without our prior written consent.

5. Links to other sites

The Site links to websites we do not control, including our product sites and client projects. We are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.

6. No warranty

We work to keep the Site accurate and available, but we provide it "as is" and "as available". Figures shown on the Site, such as product statistics or delivery timelines, describe typical results and are not guarantees for a specific project.

7. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for intent or gross negligence, or your rights as a consumer.

8. Personal data and cookies

How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. How we use cookies, and how to change your choice, is described in our Cookie Policy.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page, with its "last updated" date, is the one that applies.

10. Governing law and courts

These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece. Any dispute relating to the Site or these Terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Piraeus, Greece, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules that give you the right to bring proceedings in your country of residence.
