This Privacy Policy explains how AVGEROS CHRISTOS, trading as Dot360 ("we", "us"), collects and uses personal data when you visit dot360.io (the "Site"), send us a brief, book a call or apply for a job. We are the data controller for this processing under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Greek Law 4624/2019.
This policy covers the Site only. Our mobile apps have their own app privacy policy. Our SaaS products process customer data under separate agreements with each customer.
1. What we collect
Information you give us
- Project brief form: name, email, company, phone (optional), the service you're interested in, timeline and your message.
- Meeting slot bookings: name, email, phone (optional), your message and the slot you picked.
- Calls booked via Cal.com: the details you enter in the Cal.com booking window, such as name, email and any notes.
- Job applications and emails: whatever you send us, such as your CV, portfolio links and contact details.
Information collected automatically
- Server logs: IP address, browser type, the pages requested and the time of the request, kept by our hosting provider for security and troubleshooting.
- Spam protection: on the contact page, Google reCAPTCHA v3 analyses interaction signals and returns a risk score that we store with your message.
- Analytics, only if you accept: Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity record pages visited, clicks, scrolling, device and approximate location. Clarity may record anonymised session replays; it masks text you type into form fields. See our Cookie Policy.
2. Why we use it, and on what legal basis
| Purpose | Legal basis (GDPR) |
|---|---|
| Replying to your brief, preparing a scope and estimate, and the discussions that follow | Steps at your request before entering a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f)) |
| Scheduling and holding meetings you book | Steps at your request before entering a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)) |
| Assessing job applications | Steps at your request before entering a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)) |
| Protecting the Site and our forms from spam and abuse | Legitimate interest in keeping the Site secure (Art. 6(1)(f)) |
| Understanding how the Site is used, through analytics | Your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time |
| Keeping records required by tax and accounting law | Legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)) |
We do not sell your personal data, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing.
3. Who we share it with
We share personal data only with service providers who process it on our behalf and under our instructions:
- Hosting and database providers, which store the Site and the messages and bookings you submit;
- Our email provider, which delivers the notifications and confirmations triggered by your forms;
- Cal.com, for calls booked through the booking window;
- Google (reCAPTCHA; Google Analytics if you consent; Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the Site's fonts load);
- Microsoft (Clarity, if you consent).
We may also disclose data where the law requires it, or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
4. Transfers outside the EEA
Some of these providers (for example Google, Microsoft and Cal.com) may process data in the United States or other countries outside the European Economic Area. Where they do, the transfer relies on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework for certified providers, or on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
5. How long we keep it
- Briefs, bookings and related emails: as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any relationship that follows, and no longer than 3 years after our last contact, unless the law requires longer.
- Job applications: up to 12 months after the role is filled, so we can consider you for similar roles, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
- Records linked to a contract or invoice: for the period required by Greek tax and accounting law.
- Analytics data: according to the retention settings of Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity, at most 14 months.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you and get a copy of it;
- have inaccurate data corrected;
- have your data erased, where there is no reason for us to keep it;
- restrict or object to our processing, including processing based on legitimate interest;
- receive data you gave us in a portable format;
- withdraw consent at any time, for example by choosing "Necessary only" under . Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that took place before.
To exercise any of these rights, email hi@dot360.io. We will reply within one month. You also have the right to complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (Kifisias 1–3, 115 23 Athens, www.dpa.gr) or to the supervisory authority in your EU country of residence.
7. Security
The Site is served over HTTPS. Access to submitted messages and bookings is limited to our team and protected by authentication. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data.
8. Children
The Site is aimed at businesses and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their personal data.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The version on this page, with its "last updated" date, is the current one. If we make significant changes, we will make that clear on the Site.
