Do you sign NDAs?
Yes, by default. Our standard NDA covers everything we discuss before contract.

Who owns the code?
You do. Full IP transfer on final payment. Source code lives in your repos from day one.

For MVPs and small scopes, often yes. For larger engagements we usually have a 4–6 week lead time.
