We don't start with features. We start with the problem. Every line of code has to earn its place. That's the only way the codebase stays maintainable when your company scales up.
We work to honest timelines, with clear deliverables, and without hiding behind jargon. If something can't be explained simply, it's probably wrong architecturally.

Design, engineering and product, in the same room, from day one. We don't "hand off" between departments. Everyone owns the same outcome.
